    Register your locations and machines

    Each machine gets its number and today's opening meter readings. Set each bar owner's share: a percentage, a fixed amount, or nothing.

    Do the stock take on your phone

    Type both meters, tap the notes and coins you count, take a photo of the meters. JackRecon shows the expected cash and stamps the variance on the spot.

    Hand over the statement

    A PDF or a WhatsApp message to the owner with the share already worked out. Month-end reports tell you which machines and bars run short.

Card payments are not yet available for Namibian businesses, so paid plans are switched on over WhatsApp and paid by EFT or cash, the way you already pay your suppliers. Prices include VAT.
